Off season, team members enjoy a full two month hiatus (mid December – mid February) where members can travel, pursue other work or hobbies, or simply take a much needed break.

 What we’re looking for:

• Knowledge of regional plant life 
• Familiarity with organic principles and techniques 
• Understanding of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles. 
• Ability to endure the rigorous physical demands of repetitive bending, kneeling squatting squeezing and reaching 
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to/from jobs sites 
• Desire to learn and a genuine love for plants.
• 1-3 years in the horticulture industry is preferred but not require
